SCOPE OF WORK
•Complete control upgrade for central plant and AHUs from pneumatic to DDC
•Installed VFDs for all AHUs (224 hp), chilled water, and condenser water pumps (90 hp)
•Optimize staging sequence for chillers, chilled water pumps, and cooling tower fans
•Optimize hot water temperature setpoint based on weather and load conditions
•AHU commissioning and functional tests
•AHU control optimization such as night setback, single-zone units fan speed optimization, supply air temperature optimization, etc.
•Implement/optimize equipment run schedules
